TCFF Club Membership Process
TCFF Club has eliminated credit card payments for membership dues. To ensure that all members have agreed to the Liability Release consents, we require that all new and all renewal memberships include signed liability release forms. Our procedures follow:
1. The preferred method is for the new or renewing member to attend a TCFF Club meeting and provide a check for $30 and sign the required Liability Release forms at the meeting. The membership Chairperson and an assistant will be there with the required blank forms. If a check is not practical, cash will be accepted in person only.
2. Renewal by mail can be done by downloading the Liability Release forms below and sending the completed Liability Release forms and a check for $30 made out to TCFF Club to the membership Chair:
